Spiżarnia (eng. Pantry), a distributor of Polish food to Western Europe, chose 7R Park Lublin as the location of its new warehouse and offices. The company will occupy one of the five buildings of the planned logistics park. The facility for the Spiżarnia, with an area of almost 22,000 sqm, was built in the BTS formula and houses three modern cold stores. The building will be put into use in December 2021.

The warehouse in the 7R Park Lublin complex, dedicated to the Spiżarnia’s operations, consists of nearly 19,600 sqm of warehouse space. and an office part occupying about 2,000 sqm. The 7R investment provides the tenant with conditions specific to the food industry, including sprinklers in oil racks, a special cooling system, or additional pumped docks. In the lease process, Spiżarnia was supported by the consulting company Axi Immo.

"The food industry is a demanding branch of industry that needs stringent storage conditions based on the safety and reliability of cooling and ventilation systems, appropriate building construction and equipment, as well as maintaining sanitary and hygienic standards," Dariusz Jeleniewski, co-owner of Spiżarnia, noted.
