Spyrosoft signs agreement to acquire German MD Consulting und Informationsdienste GmbH
Spyrosoft has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of shares in German firm MD Consulting und Informationsdienste for an enterprise value of €1.6 million, with a potential earnout of up to €2.7 million depending on the company’s performance in 2026.
The acquisition strengthens Spyrosoft’s position in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), which already generates about one quarter of the group’s revenue. MD Consulting, founded in 1991, provides IT consulting, software development, distribution and training, and works extensively with Germany’s public sector. The deal is part of Spyrosoft’s strategy to expand in Germany, diversify operations and gain better access to public procurement projects. In 2025, MD Consulting reported €4.25 million in revenue.
