The innovative F45 fitness studio opens in the Warsaw Trade Tower
On January 29, an innovative fitness studio of the popular Australian chain F45, the face of which is David Beckham and Mark Wahlberg, will open in the Warsaw Trade Tower in Warsaw's Wola district. On this occasion, in the coming week, many attractions await the residents of Warsaw and tenants of WTT, including the possibility of free body composition testing and consultation with a personal trainer.
F45 in Warsaw Trade Tower is the second studio in Poland of a dynamically developing Australian fitness chain, which is already present in 2,500 locations in 45 countries. The F in its name stands for whole-body interval functional training, and 45 (min.) is the total time spent in the session.
