The Solidarity Transport Hub (STH) will conduct talks with investors and conclude the first investment agreements next year, CEO President Mikołaj Wild said. He expects debt financing at the level of 60%.

The hub will include a new airport with an adjacent military base and an integrated rail and road system that will shorten transfer time between Warsaw and the largest Polish cities.

Wild noted that the first application for a building permit will be submitted "soon" in railway projects.
