On October 19, Great Place to Work announced this year's list of the Best Workplaces in the World. 25 winners of this ranking were selected from among 10,000 companies representing 19.8 million employees in 106 countries around the world. It is without a doubt the largest employee opinion poll in the world. The first place in the ranking belongs to the transport company DHL Express. The technology company Cisco came second and the hotel company Hilton third. Poland has reasons to be satisfied, because the global success of Cisco and Hilton – as well as six other winners (3M, SC Johnson, Amgen, SAS Institute, Novo Nordisk, Adecco Group) also contributed to the excellent results of the Polish branches of these companies.
"This year's winners provide an example of how to create a broad, and at the same time coherent, inclusive work culture. By acting globally, they have been able to strengthen their organizational culture and gain its acceptance by employees in all countries where they are present. It is a real feat, even experience. the pandemic did not stand in the way of these companies," Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work, said.
