Three French investment funds, Alderan, Epsicap REIM, and CRISTAL Life managed by Inter Gestion REIM, have entered Poland’s commercial property market by acquiring logistics assets totaling over 36,000 sqm. It marks their first investments in the country. Alderan purchased three fully leased last mile facilities in Ciechanów, Jelenia Góra, and Tarnobrzeg, totaling about 18,000 sqm and rented to InPost. Epsicap REIM acquired a 9,500 sqm BREEAM Excellent certified logistics building in Poznań, fully leased to several tenants.

CRISTAL Life bought an 8,800 sqm cross dock facility in Słupsk, also leased to InPost. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised on all transactions, highlighting strong logistics demand driven by e commerce growth.
