The thirteenth edition of the program selected 73 winners - leaders in the field of human resource management.

The Top Employers Institute has been researching employers all over the world in terms of their personnel policy for over 30 years. The Top Employer title is awarded only to companies that successfully pass the detailed examination and verification process. In 2022, the Top Employers Institute awarded this title to over 1,800 organizations in 123 countries.

Among the winners there are two organizations that have been in the program for 13 years, 27 companies have been reviewing their HR strategies and policies every year for at least five years, and 16 organizations are new participants. 41 out of 73 certified organizations obtained the right to use not only the Top Employer Polska certificate but also the Top Employer Europe certificate. Top Employers 2022 has a positive effect on the lives of nearly 300,000 employees in Poland.

According to the survey, this year's main priority for Polish employers is organizational and cultural changes, second – developing leadership skills, and third – employee engagement.
