On March 5, 2026, another edition of the Top Woman Experience conference took place at the Arche Krakowska Hotel in Warsaw. Organized in celebration of International Women’s Day, the event has for years brought together women connected to the real estate, construction, and logistics industries, as well as business leaders from across Poland. The conference created a space for gaining knowledge, exchanging experiences, building relationships, and celebrating women’s strength and professional development.

The program featured inspiring talks from experts and business practitioners. Among the speakers were Iwona Guzowska, whose presentation “Your Champion Power” focused on the strength of character and building inner resilience; Marta Iwanowska-Polkowska, who delivered the talk “Live Fully: How to Start Truly Living Today and Never Forget About Yourself Again”; and Kamila Płowiec-Bzducha, who addressed mental resilience as one of the key competencies of the future.

The agenda also included presentations by Agata Skowrońska-Domańska and Tomasz Sączek, who shared their experience and practical insights on professional development and building a career in a demanding business environment.

An important part of the conference was also a discussion panel, during which invited guests talked about the challenges women face in business as well as opportunities for growth and building a strong position in the real estate, construction, and logistics industries. The series of conversations titled “Meetings on the Road to Success” also attracted great interest, giving participants the chance to learn about the professional journeys of invited guests and hear how they achieved success.

The conference was enriched by artistic events and accompanying attractions. The event space featured an exhibition by AGNES MAJ, whose paintings— inspired by the philosophy of kintsugi—encouraged participants to reflect on the beauty of imperfection and the process of inner transformation. Karol Jasiński also appeared on stage, providing the musical setting for the event, while the audience enjoyed a stand-up performance by Agnieszka Matan, which brought a generous dose of humor and perspective to everyday life. The event concluded with an energetic Cuban dance performance by Habana Baila, which captivated the audience and created an atmosphere of joy and shared celebration.

The conference was not only a space for learning and inspiration. Participants also had the opportunity for intensive networking, visiting exhibitor booths, taking part in an integration game, and engaging in numerous industry conversations.

Traditionally, the event also included a prize contest in which participants could win, among other things, weekend stays at SPA hotels, cosmetics, books, and other valuable prizes funded by the event’s partners.

“Top Woman Experience is more than just a conference for us. It’s a meeting space for women who want to grow, inspire one another, and support each other in building their professional paths. Each edition shows how powerful a community of women can be when they share their experience, knowledge, and energy to take action,” says Krystyna Swojak, the initiator and organizer of the Top Woman in Real Estate initiative.

For years, Top Woman Experience has served as an important platform for professionally active women—leaders, managers, specialists, and entrepreneurs. The event combines inspiration with practical knowledge and fosters a community of women who support one another in both professional and personal development.
