REINO IO Logistics says warehouse modernization is increasingly driven by the need to lower energy costs, secure power supply, and meet ESG requirements. According to Maria Bartosińska, tenants now prioritize operational efficiency and sustainable solutions alongside location and lease terms.

The company has upgraded older logistics parks with LED lighting, reducing lighting energy costs by 60–70%, while motion sensors and smart lighting systems deliver additional savings. REINO IO Logistics is also introducing telemetry systems that track electricity, water, and gas consumption in real time, helping both landlords and tenants optimize energy use and investment decisions.

The firm is expanding access to green energy, solar panels, and heat pumps to meet growing tenant demand, particularly from manufacturing companies requiring higher power capacity. According to Bartosińska, modernization is no longer just cosmetic improvement but essential for maintaining competitiveness and long-term property value.
