The value of the Trei group's portfolio increased by €100 million y/y, reaching the value of €1.2 billion. The largest part of the Trei real estate portfolio is located in Poland (36 percent).

In parallel with the development on the housing market, we continued the development of a retail park network under the Vendo Park brand in Poland and the Czech Republic. In 2019, we were able to open another five facilities, and as a result, by the end of the year, we managed a portfolio of 24 completed properties. The next 19 Vendo Parks are currently in the planning and construction phase,” Pepijn Morshuis, president of the Trei Real Estate group., commented.
The Trei Group is currently actively involved in 35 development projects, 19 of which are commercial facilities that will offer a total of 130,000. sqm. lease area.
