Developer Trei Real Estate, which is best known in Poland for its Vendo Park-branded retail park projects, has acquired its first residential scheme in the country. The company has bought more than 4.1 hectares of land in Wrocław along with the design of a housing investment that the previous owner has already started building on the site. The development will consist of ten buildings with its first phase, comprising 62 apartments, being under construction and scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of next year. Trei Real Estate is considering  rebranding the project and wants to launch sales in the scheme in the coming months. The developer sees huge potential in the residential market in Poland and is already planning further investments in the sector, said Trei Real Estate Poland’s managing director Jacek Wesołowski.
