Unibep has contract for resident buildings in Krakow for approx. PLN 43.5 mln net
Unibep has signed a contract to act as general contractor for a residential development on Mistrzejowicka Street in Kraków. The project will be carried out for Smok Development, a company belonging to the Victoria Dom Group. The contract is worth approximately PLN 43.5 million net, with the option for the investor to exclude works valued at about PLN 1.5 million net.
Construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of this year and finish in Q4 2027. The development will consist of two eight-storey buildings comprising 104 apartments and three commercial units.
Unibep operates in residential, industrial, public, sports, and modular construction, with activities in Poland, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008 and reported PLN 2.6 billion in consolidated revenue in 2024.
