Unibep has contract for residential investment in Wrocław for PLN 127.3 mln net
Unibep has signed a contract to serve as general contractor for a residential development in Wrocław, valued at approximately PLN 127.3 million net. The project involves converting former hospital buildings and constructing a new apartment building on the site of the former Lower Silesian Specialist Hospital on Traugutta Street. The development will include 160 apartments, six retail units and 244 underground parking spaces. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2029.
