Unibep subsidiary buys plot for 300 premises
Unidevelopment, a subsidiary of WSE-listed Unibep, has concluded a contract for the purchase of real estate located in the Bemowo district in Warsaw with an area of approx. 2.8 ha for a total price of approx. PLN 23.5 million. The group is currently planning a project for around 300 apartments.
The Unibep Group operates in the segments of housing, industrial, public, sports and modular construction. It operates in Poland, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 1.66 billion in 2018.
