Unidevelopment building Ursa Home apartments
Developer Unidevelopment has launched construction work on the Ursa Home residential project in Warsaw’s Ursus district. The scheme will be built in two phases and will comprise a total of 341 apartments. The first phase of the development, offering 153 housing units, is to be ready in the final quarter of next year. Ursa Home is the third investment in Ursus to be developed by Unidevelopment in cooperation with CPD. It will be located close to the previously completed Ursa Smart City and Ursa Park projects.
