VGL remains in Mapletree Park Gdansk
Provider of warehouse logistics solutions, VGL Distribution Services, has renewed its lease for close to 12,300 sqm of warehouse and office space in Mapletree Park Gdansk. The tenant was represented in the renegotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
The VGL Group has 20 years of experience in logistics, continually developing its sea, air, rail, and road freight forwarding services, as well as supply chain management and warehouse logistics solutions. The VGL Group has recently announced the implementation of one of its key initiatives within its development strategy – it has combined forces with SOLID Logistics.
“We presented various alternative options to our client, but the stay decision was driven by the park’s favorable location and the client’s seamless cooperation with the owner. We are pleased to have had an opportunity to represent the company throughout the process,” Katarzyna Bojanowicz, Business Development Director, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland, said.
Mapletree Park Gdansk is a large warehouse and office complex located near Lech Wałęsa Airport in Gdansk, making it one of the best-connected industrial parks serving the airport. It offers over 90,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.
