Investor confidence in Poland is rising rapidly, with AXI IMMO experts highlighting the country as one of Europe’s most attractive destinations for real estate capital. Despite global uncertainty, foreign investors view Poland as stable and increasingly appealing.

The warehouse sector remains the strongest segment, offering the best returns and high demand for long-term leases, with further growth expected due to shifts in global supply chains. While inflation and higher financing costs create some uncertainty, banks remain highly liquid and willing to fund quality projects.

Discussions at MIPIM in Cannes confirmed growing optimism, alongside a shift toward more selective investments and increased use of private debt, with Poland strongly represented on the international stage.
