Sellpy, part of the H&M Group, will open a large distribution center near Wrocław in spring 2026 to support the growth of its second-hand fashion e-commerce business. The facility, covering nearly 40,000 sqm, will be located in Panattoni’s Wrocław Campus 2 and will become the company’s second logistics hub in Poland after Poznań. The broader complex is expected to reach about 160,000 sqm. Located 20 km from Wrocław with access to major highways, the site offers strong connectivity across Poland and Europe.

The warehouse is also planned to meet BREEAM Excellent sustainability standards, strengthening Sellpy’s logistics presence and expansion in the region.
