The Lumea estate, which enjoys great popularity, grows in Bemowo. Two metro stations are to be built nearby. Their proximity is one of the most appreciated assets in Warsaw.

The Lumea estate at ul. Batalionów Chłopskich is an investment of Bouygues Immobilier Polska. It consists of two buildings. Their construction is parallel. The underground garage structure is ready, while the ground floor structure is almost ready. This means that the construction of four floors will begin soon.

The Lumea estate consists of 140 apartments: from studios below 30 sqm to 4-room apartments over 100 sqm. Each with a balcony, loggia, or garden. Only a few dozen were left.

"Behind the success of the estate is a compilation of many of its features. Functional layouts of apartments, including the most favorable for families, and a modernist design with plants climbing up the walls, deserve a special mention. Two metro stations planned nearby are of great importance," Małgorzata Maziarz, sales in Bouygues Immobilier Polska, said.

Chrzanów and Lazurowa stations will be built near the Lumea estate. These are two of the three planned stations of the last section of the second metro line. The third is Karolin, which will be built a little further away as the final station of the second line. Building permit applications have already been submitted.
