Warsaw's SGI Moja Bluszczańska investment reaches zero state

Warsaw's SGI Moja Bluszczańska investment has reached zero state, thus completing the underground part. Following the work schedule, the developer has started the next stage, and the building is starting to go up. Ultimately, this intimate housing development being built in Mokotow between Bluszczańska and Bartycka streets will provide apartments with floor areas ranging from 40-120.5 sqm. There will also be five commercial premises. The handover of keys to new owners is scheduled for the end of 2023.
Moja Bluszczańska is yet another investment carried out by the SGI development company in Warsaw's Siekierki district. The new development will provide 67 apartments located on five levels. On the first floor, in addition to apartments with gardens, there will be commercial premises. Also awaiting future owners will be more than 100 parking spaces – underground and above ground, 12 storage units, and 36 bicycle boxes.
"Work on the Moja Bluszczańska investment is progressing according to the plan we have established. As an additional element of the development, we will also realize sections of two public roads on the side of Bluszczańska Street to allow residents free access. The streets, along with all the necessary infrastructure – sidewalks, greenery, and landscaping – will be about 160 meters long," Robert Stachowiak, CEO of SGI, added.
