Złota 44 will soon lose its status as the tallest residential building in the European Union. In Benidorm, construction is underway on TM Tower, a 230-meter luxury apartment tower that will surpass Warsaw’s landmark by 38 meters and 12 floors. The 64-story building, scheduled for completion in 2028, will include 260 luxury apartments and more than 10,000 square meters of shared amenities, including pools, wellness areas, sports facilities, a cinema, and a sky bar with an astronomical observatory.

The EUR 140 mln project is being developed near Poniente Beach on Spain’s Costa Blanca, and more than 40% of apartments have already been reserved. Developers say the tower’s architecture is inspired by marine coral structures. The project reflects Benidorm’s growing role as a major high-rise residential hub in Spain.
