This part of the development will comprise 192 fully finished apartments. Some will overlook the complex’s outdoor swimming pools, while those on the eastern side will offer views of the surrounding greenery. Building C will also feature approximately 2,000 sqm of thermal and SPA facilities, massage treatment rooms and a conference room. Construction is scheduled for completion in Q1 2030.

The launch of pre-sales for Building C marks the beginning of the final phase of Wave Świnoujście Thermal & SPA. This part of the complex will consist exclusively of privately owned apartments, designed both for personal use and for buyers interested in combining seaside leisure with the opportunity to generate rental income.

Building C will offer 192 fully finished apartments with two distinct types of views. Some will overlook the outdoor swimming pools, while apartments on the eastern side will face landscaped green areas. This will allow buyers to choose a property that best suits their preferences and intended use.

A key feature of Building C will be approximately 2,000 sqm of thermal and SPA facilities, complemented by massage treatment rooms and a conference room that will expand the resort’s offering to include business meetings and events. These facilities will form part of the more than 4,000 sqm of thermal and wellness space planned across the entire Wave Świnoujście Thermal & SPA complex.

The apartments in Building C will be intended for private use. Owners will not be required to participate in a rental programme and will be free to use their apartments exclusively for personal purposes. Those interested in renting out their properties will have the option to join a short-term rental programme based on an 80/20 revenue-sharing model.

Wave Świnoujście Thermal & SPA is being developed in Świnoujście’s spa district, close to the beach, promenade and Spa Park. The project comprises three buildings designed by Medusa Group and IDS Architekci. Building C will represent the final phase of the development, adding further apartments alongside additional leisure and conference facilities.
