Developer White Stone has acquired Maat4, a company offering, among other things, building automation systems. The acquisition is meant to enable White Stone’s growth in the area of building technologies and to allow the company to increase the scope of the services that it offers. For example, the developer plans to implement a building security application in the near future. Maat4’s solutions can be found in such real estate projects as the ongoing Norblin Factory mixed-use scheme in Warsaw. White Stone has to date completed more than 2,000 apartments and 78,000 sqm of office space. The developer is now working on investments including the repositioning of the HOL 7.7 office complex in the Polish capital.
