White Stone selling Szczecin apartments
Developer White Stone has launched pre-sales of apartments in a new residential project, which it plans to build on ul. Sowińskiego in Szczecin, on the site of an aged office building. The company acquired the plot in April and plans to start demolishing the existing building later this month. The planned housing scheme will comprise approximately 250 units and is scheduled to be completed in mid-2021. White Stone is currently developing a residential investment called Ornament in the same neighborhood.
