Wikana Group posts sales achievements in Q1 2020
WSE-listed developer operating in south-eastern Poland, the Wikana Group, has sold (developer and preliminary contracts) 51 premises in the first quarter of this year, compared to 73 a year earlier and transferred 94 premises (153 premises a year ago), the company said.
“At the same time, the company informs that the positive result of the development segment in the first quarter of 2020 had, in particular, the handover of premises in the investments Osiedle Marina B4 and B5 in Lublin, as well as Parkowa District in Przemyśl,” the release reads.
