Winit leases 36,300 sq m from MLP Business Park Schalke in Germany
MLP Group has completed one of the most significant logistics lease transactions in Germany in recent years. Global cross-border logistics leader Winit leased 36,300 sqm at MLP Business Park Schalke, with an option to expand. The high-tech facilities will support automated warehousing, office, and technical operations, with full handover planned for Q1 2026. The project strengthens MLP’s position in Germany, its key growth market, where it aims to match the value of its Polish portfolio. Located in the Ruhr region, the park will ultimately offer 72,000 sqm and meet high ESG standards.
The site will employ 300–400 people and support Winit’s European expansion.
