XBS leases more space from P3
Logistics company XBS Logistics has leased more than 9,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at the P3 Błonie park near Warsaw. The tenant, which was represented by Cresa Polska in the transaction, last year renewed its lease agreement for 10,000 sqm of space in a different P3 warehouse building at Błonie and has now decided to expand in the location. The P3 Błonie logistics park is located 27 kilometers west of the Polish capital and consists of 14 buildings.
