YIT buys land for more Warsaw apartments
Finnish developer YIT has acquired almost six hectares of land in the Bemowo district of Warsaw, on which it plans to build a residential project comprising more than 600 apartments. Called Nordic Bemowo, the scheme will be developed in several phases. YIT has been active in the Warsaw market for nearly three years now. The company’s developments in the city include Nordic Mokotów in the Mokotów district (340 apartments) and Aroma Park in the Białołęka district (over 400 housing units).
