Finnish developer YIT has launched construction work on the first phase of its Parkur Residence residential project in Warsaw with builder Kalter acting as the general contractor. The scheme is located on ul. Kłobucka in the Ursynów district of the city and will comprise a total of 400 units. The development will be built in three phases with the first one to deliver 132 apartments. YIT entered Poland over three years ago and is now working on several other housing investments in the Polish capital, including Aroma Park in the Białołęka district.
