Zeitgeist begins renovation of tenement house in Warsaw's Praga district

Zeitgeit Asset Management started to renovate the tenement house "Wrzesińska 2" in Warsaw, erected as a palace in 1863. It will be accompanied by a new residential building, offering altogether 127 apartments. With the location in the very centre of Old Praga district, near Port Praski, it will make part of Zeitgeist’s institutional rental offer in Poland.
“I’m truly enthusiastic about this project. Can’t wait to start with the rental process!,” Peter Noack, CEO, Zeitgeist Asset Management, said.
“During restoration works we’ll focus on preserving the historical elements of the old tenement, e.g. the forged balcony railings, the antique roof truss or the gate clearance,” Luiza Grunwald, managing director of Zeitgeist Asset Management, said.
She emphasized that Zeitgeist’s goal is to make the buildings correspond with the Old Praga climate, making it unique, but affordable to young people and families.
