It is the only program of this type in the industry dedicated to young, ambitious women. During the program, participants will be able to gain knowledge and experience from the most recognizable people in the real estate industry, they will be given the opportunity to be inspired and meet outstanding people holding managerial and managerial positions, from whom they will have the opportunity to receive the best possible example of building a career.

For 10 months, participants will have the opportunity to attend the following meetings:

• Participation in meetings with mentors

• Participation in networking meetings with your own group of program participants, with a leading topic related to news on the real estate market

• Participation in trainings, workshops and tests prepared especially for individual groups, taking into account their personal and professional development needs

• Opportunity to participate in a meeting for the industry, eg Real Estate Talks or other specially organized events - priority of registration for the events.

I PATH - Inspirational and mentoring program

It is a basic path of personal and professional development combining elements of networking, inspiration and mentoring, aimed at women starting their careers in the industry who:

• have worked in the industry for at least two years,

• are interested in self-development and a career in the industry,

• have a recommendation from their organization.

From the submitted applications, we will select a maximum of 25 participants.

II PATH - Mentoring program

A path of personal development and career combining a mentoring program with a very rich development program intended for women who:

• have worked in the industry for a minimum of five years,

• have achievements in their professional work,

• have a recommendation from their organization

• are interested in self-development and a career in the industry.

From the submitted applications, we will select only 12 women.
