Luxury real estate maintains stable demand  - experts emphasize. Attractiveness of the luxury market for potential buyers is mainly based on its stability and strong prospects for long-term profit. This thesis is confirmed by the unique sale of the penthouse apartment on the 52nd floor of ZŁOTA 44. The apartment building designed by world renowned architect Daniel Libeskind is the highest fully residential building in the European Union. ZŁOTA 44 offers the most exquisite spaces with many amenities for the exclusive use of residents, including recreation, sports and business zones. In the apartment building, the air is filtered and the water treated, ensuring a clean and healthy living environment for all residents. Throughout the building, including the penthouse, there are tiltable window panels that provide access to fresh air. The apartments are also equipped with the HMS – an intelligent home management system.

“ZŁOTA 44 is an excellent alternative to diversify ones investment portfolio. We are glad that entrepreneurs appreciate its uniqueness and invest their capital in Warsaw, which is still developing dynamically." Christopher Zeuner, Head of Europe of Amstar, one of the co-owners of the ZŁOTA 44 apartment building, emphasizes.

"What is important – like 95% of transactions completed since the beginning of 2020, the transaction was concluded directly by the in-house sales team of ZŁOTA 44. Our advisors are trusted professionals in the eyes of the clients." adds Michał Skotnicki, President of the Management Board of BBI Development SA.

The uniqueness of ZŁOTA 44 revolves around the definition of luxury, synonymous with the quality of life. The apartment building boasts a unique central location in the heart of the capital. The common areas for the exclusive use of residents of ZŁOTA 44 are 1,800 sq.m with a 400 sq.m terrace with a year-round jacuzzi. The recreational space includes a swimming pool with an impressive length of 25 meters, a dry sauna, a steam bath, a massage room, a fully equipped gym, a cinema room with a golf simulator, a business area with a VIP lounge and conference rooms. Here is also a wine cellar in the apartment building. In Europe, only few buildings offer this unique service.

"ZŁOTA 44 is a pearl of luxury that fully meets its definition" - emphasizes Rafał Szczepański, Vice President of the Management Board of BBI Development SA. “Moreover, such a property as the ZŁOTA 44 apartment building is a perfect place both for living as well as managing a company remotely. Large, spacious apartments allow for convenient layouts. There is also a concierge at the service of the residents, who will take care of their needs 24 hours a day.”

Luxury appreciates eco-solutions. The building, designed to maximize the comfort of life for residents has, among other things, a triple-glazed façade that reduces noise from the outside and reduces energy consumption by 20%. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, and the air is supplied through a system of individual ventilation channels. Thanks to the intelligent HMS systems, the tiltable panels will automatically close when sensors outside the building detect a strong wind. Electric cars have charging stations in the garage space.

The penthouse in the luxurious ZŁOTA 44 apartment building is an open space located in the clouds, at a height of almost 200 meters. The apartment is characterized by an irregular, geometric structure, thanks to which it has its own unrepeatable arrangement of rooms. The unique spire, which is part of the penthouse, gave the building an iconic shape, thanks to which ZŁOTA 44 inseparably fits into Warsaw’s skyline. At its highest point, the penthouse is six meters high and has a unique external space. The 30 m2 east-facing terrace allows to admire the capital with a view of the Palace of Culture and Science - under the open sky. Panoramic windows fill the south wall of the apartment. From the 52nd floor of ZŁOTA 44 you can admire not only the panorama of Warsaw - from this height you can see much further.

The purchase price of the penthouse cannot be disclosed, however we can confirm that the sales price is for the largest single unit apartment in Warsaw’s residential market’s history.

The offer of the ZŁOTA 44 sales office includes two more penthouse apartments on the top 52nd floor of the apartment building (one with a view of the Palace of Culture and Science) and less than 16% of the total apartments.

The apartment building’s investors include: BBI Development SA – the development company quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and a fund managed by AMSTAR –which purchases, performs and manages real estate on selected markets in Europe, the USA and in other countries in the whole world.
