Accolade buys land for Bydgoszcz warehouses
Investor Accolade has acquired 8.4 hectares of land in Bydgoszcz in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship, which will house its second logistics park in the city. The project will be developed by Panattoni Europe and will offer 37,000 sqm with completion scheduled for H1 2020. Accolade’s first Bydgoszcz park offers a total of more than 50,000 sqm in three buildings and is currently fully leased out. In Poland, the company also owns logistics parks in Szczecin, Zielona Góra, Lublin, Kielce, Białystok, Konin, Legnica and Mińsk Mazowiecki.
