Accolade Group has completed the new park in Elbląg, the second-largest city of the Warmian - Masurian Voivodship. Elbląg Park is situated only five kilometres away from the city centre, and a 35-minute drive from the port of Gdansk. The direct vicinity of the S7 expressway connects it well with Warsaw and Krakow.

Elbląg, with its population of 120.000 inhabitants and two universities, struggles with a relatively high unemployment rate. The new industrial park will add 200 workplaces, said Jarek Wnuk, Managing Director of Accolade Poland.

Accolade Park is the first A-class industrial park in Elbląg. The 20 000 square meters warehouse, consists of two buildings, situated on a 7 ha plot, and is fully leased to its two tenants: electronics manufacturing services company Flex and parcel delivery network DPD.

Just like all the parks in Accolade's portfolio, the Park is BREEAM certified and will soon be equipped with Accolade’s green solutions, such as e-waste containers.
