Accolade to continue expansion in Poland
Accolade, an international real estate investor focused on the warehouse and industrial property sector, is planning further expansion in Poland, which it sees as one of its key markets. The company entered the country three years ago and currently has nine parks totaling 588,000 sqm here. “We are constantly looking for new locations in Poland,” said Accolade’s country head in Poland, Michał Białas. Accolade last year acquired parks in Białystok, Kielce and Konin. The park in Kielce is now being expanded, as is the company’s park in Szczecin. In the latter location, the investor is currently building over 35,000 sqm with a further 57,000 sqm to be added in the future.
