Adventum buys Poznańskie Centrum Finansowe offices

Malta-based investment fund manager Adventum International has acquired the Poznańskie Centrum Finansowe office building in Poznań from Peakside Capital Advisors with the value of the transaction not having been revealed. Completed in 2001 and refurbished in 2015-2018, the 16-floor property comprises 18,000 sqm of space and is currently fully leased out to such tenants as Santander Bank, Medicover and Sonolake. Poznańskie Centrum Finansowe was the last asset in Peakside’s Polish office portfolio. For Adventum, the deal marks the first CEE acquisition made by the Adventum Quartum fund, which wants to invest €250 million in office and retail properties over the next year, predominantly in the Polish market.
