Adventum Group entrusts CBRE with another building for management
PENTA, one of the investment funds managed by Adventum Group, has purchased the Mercedes-Benz building in Warsaw. CBRE was selected as the sole property manager. This is the fifth facility managed by CBRE in cooperation with Adventum Group.
The collaboration between CBRE and Adventum Group began in December 2019. Since then, the company has entrusted five properties to CBRE. The first was Poznań Financial Center, managed by CBRE since 2014. Adventum Group, after taking over the property in December 2019, decided to extend the contract. Then CBRE was entrusted with the Renaissance Plaza office building, located in Warsaw's Wola district. As the cooperation was satisfactory for both parties, in February 2020 CBRE took over the management of the third property, i.e. Katowice Business Point, and then in May 2020 the Centrum Orląt office building located in Wrocław. At the end of October 2021, a fifth property was added to the portfolio - the headquarters of Mercedes-Benz in Warsaw.
The headquarters of Mercedes-Benz is a modern, 10-story building with a total of over 14,000 sqm of office space for rent. The average floor area is approx. 1,500 sqm. There are a total of 641 parking spaces in the building.
