AFI buys historic Warsaw building

Investor AFI Europe has acquired a historic tenement house located on ul. Nowy Świat in downtown Warsaw from WPG (Warszawskie Przedsiębiorstwo Geodezyjne, which had its offices there for many years). The transaction, whose value has not been revealed, was brokered by CBRE which represented the seller. The property in question dates back to 1910 and offers 6,000 sqm of space. AFI Europe, which earlier also bought a historic tenement house located on Warsaw’s ul. Złota, plans to renovate it in the near future.
