Global consulting firm Aon, dedicated to solutions in the field of risk and health benefits for employees, decided to stay longer in the Enterprise Park office complex in Krakow, where it occupies over 11,300 sqm. CBRE represented Aon in negotiating the terms of the transaction.

Enterprise Park is located at Aleja Powstańców Wielkopolskich in Krakow's Podgórze district. The complex consists of six A-class office buildings, well connected with the rest of Krakow. Aon has been present at this location since 2017. The signed lease agreement concerns 11 384 sqm of space located in building E of the complex.

Aon is part of the international Aon plc corporation listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The group's annual revenue is approximately $12 billion. The company has been operating in Poland since 1992 and employs over 1,700 employees in 7 provincial cities: Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk, Katowice, Poznań, Szczecin, and Wrocław.

"Currently, due to the pandemic, most of our employees work from home. However, it is not the most convenient option for everyone. In the future, we plan to introduce a hybrid work model that will give our employees the freedom to choose a convenient place, tailored to their duties. We know how important direct interaction with the team or the ability to change the environment is. That's why we decided to keep our current office space," John Lyons, Aon Krakow Center Lead, said.
