Apollo Capital is considering raising capital for its investment projects by issuing shares, issuing bonds or with funds from the Polish Development Fund (PFR), said president of the company, Dominik Dymecki.
"We are currently considering possible scenarios. Usually, the first choice in public companies is the issue of shares, but in our case it is a bit different. The rate is currently low, below face value and much below the book value. We need between PLN 1-2 million to open a hub in the US and finance the expansion of several of the best Polish startups into the US," said Dymecki.
He added that Apollo Capital offers financing for the expansion of Polish companies in the US, by providing an equipped office, and legal, accounting and marketing services as well as support in acquiring clients and American investors.
