Jerozolimskie Business Park – a complex of four office buildings located at Aleje Jerozolimskie 146 in Warsaw – was purchased from a financial investor by a joint venture Rida Development and Mack Real Estate Group. Apollo-Rida Poland, the Polish branch of Rida Development, will act as the investment manager and property manager. The tenants of the complex include Nowa Era Publishing House, PGNiG, Gaz-System, Macmillan Polska, Intel Technologies, and Vos Logistics.

“Jerozolimskie Business Park will expand our portfolio of office buildings and parks. The property fits perfectly into our strategy of acquiring well-located, high-quality assets – offering prospects for further increasing their value. This purchase, after the acquisition of Equal Business Park in Kraków in June last year, is our next big transaction on the office real estate market. This confirms the trust our investors place in the strength of the Polish economy and the growing competitiveness of the offer of Polish cities on the global market of office services. The transaction is also an important milestone in the 25-year history of our cooperation with Mack Real Estate Group in Poland and the United States,” Rafał Nowicki from Apollo-Rida Poland commented.

The complex offering a total of 16,000 sqm of office space and nearly 400 parking spaces is located a short distance from the West Railway Station, in the vicinity of the Atrium Reduta and Blue City shopping centers. In recent years, the property has undergone a thorough modernization, which included the renovation of the common parts of the buildings and the development of the external area. As part of the project, many new amenities for tenants were also implemented – including facilities for cyclists with a parking lot, a public reading room, and a conference center. The buildings have a BREEAM certificate at the "Very Good" level in the Asset Performance category and "Excellent" in the field of property management.
