Archicom expands cooperation with Echo
Archicom has expanded its strategic cooperation with Echo Investment through a new amendment covering residential development, land acquisitions, financing, commercialization, and office project sales. Echo Investment will advise Archicom on managing and developing housing projects, identifying new development opportunities, improving cost efficiency, and optimizing its financing structure. The partnership will also support the creation of Archicom’s land bank, including property searches, due diligence, negotiations, and transaction analysis. Echo will assist with leasing and selling retail space within residential developments and provide investor relations support.
The agreement also covers property management and strategic advice on the sale, leasing, commercialization, and selection of buyers for Archicom’s office projects.
