Archicom with preliminary agreement to sell plot in Wrocław
Archicom Nieruchomości 5 - a subsidiary of Archicom - has entered into a preliminary agreement with a legal entity for the sale of real estate in Wrocław built with the City One office building, Archicom said. The final price for the sold property will be around €34 million.
On the basis of the promised sales contract, the seller will transfer to the buyer, in particular, the rights and obligations under the lease contracts for premises located within the property, taking into account the collateral established by the tenants.
The preliminary sale agreement provides that the conclusion of the promised sale agreement will take place no later than by January 31, 2021.
The Archicom Group is a nationwide developer and leader of the Wrocław housing market, also implementing projects in Kraków, the Tri-City, Poznań, and Łódź. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2016. It sold 1,462 premises in 2019.
