ASB Poland has renegotiated its lease agreement for space in the Skylight office building at 59 Złota Street in Warsaw. The company has also decided to increase its office space to 1,947 sqm. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Colliers.

"Although the last two years have shown that we can work remotely as efficiently as from an office, our observations of the market show that predictions of a massive decline in demand for office space have proved to be exaggerated. What is more, many thriving and growing companies have taken advantage of the favorable circumstances at the time to secure attractive office space, including space for expansion, while adapting it to the changing expectations of employees and operating in a hybrid model. ASB Poland's decision to remain in Skylight is a testament to the quality of the building, its location, as well as the owner's management skills in competing with new developments entering the market. We congratulate both parties and are pleased to have been able to advise on this transaction," Michał Proński, Associate Director in Colliers' Office Department, said.

The Polish branch of ASB is currently located on the 16th floor of the Skylight office building, which is a part of the Złote Tarasy complex.
