Developer Asbud has acquired more than 13 hectares of land located on ul. Jagiellońska in Warsaw’s Praga Północ district. The company has not revealed the value of the transaction, but it claims that it is one of the largest deals to have been signed in Poland’s building land market this year. Asbud is planning a large-scale mixed-use complex in the location, which will include residential, office, retail and recreational areas. The developer has not disclosed when construction work on the planned investment could start.
