Benson Elliot buys Wrocław office building
UK-based private equity real estate fund manager Benson Elliot has acquired the Diamentum office building in Wrocław from developer Cavatina for €20 million. The property was completed earlier this year and comprises 9,300 sqm of space. It features a BREEAM certificate and will be managed by Sharow Capital. Benson Elliot’s Polish regional portfolio currently totals around 55,000 sqm of office space located in Kraków, Gdańsk, Łódź, Poznań and Wrocław.
