BIK sells Radom retail park
A subsidiary of developer Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK) has sold the Galeria nad Potokiem retail park in Radom in the Mazowieckie voivodship to Europrojekt Delta Saller Polbau. The net value of the transaction amounts to over PLN 24.6 million. Galeria nad Potokiem, which BIK built in cooperation with Quantum Developments, offers nearly 5,200 sqm of retail space. Completed in March last year, the retail park is currently almost fully leased out with its tenants including KIK Textil, Media Expert and Pepco.
