Bliska Wola enters final phase of implementation

Bliska Wola housing estate – an investment by JW Construction, which is being built in Warsaw – is probably one of the largest housing estates built in Poland in the last 25 years.
Designed by Studio B.A.U. a complex of buildings of a higher standard, commissioned in stages from 2013, will ultimately have nearly 5,000 flats from 23-183 sqm, apartments from 18-65 sqm and service premises from 18-910 sqm. Green roofs will be built on some buildings terraces. Pro-ecological solutions are used here, such as collecting rainwater, which will be used to care for greenery, and will reduce water charges. The designers took special care of the recreational part of the estate: children's playgrounds, bike paths, volleyball, basketball, handball, football, badminton and table tennis, or the fountain park that they are proud of, which in the square called Central Park.
"Apartments in this investment have been a sales hit since 2015. Every second customer bought an apartment here for cash, but it is worth noting that, contrary to the opinion that the mortgage has become a luxury for the rich, not only the first apartment, but also the premises intended for investment it is still worth buying a loan, which is now the cheapest ever due to low interest rates,” Małgorzata Ostrowska, member of the board and director of the Marketing and Sales Division at JW Construction, said.
Bliska Wola Tower, in which the office space will occupy almost 10,000 sqm, will also be the largest residential building in Warsaw. Actually, they will be three towers, the highest of which will be 92 meters high and 27 above-ground floors. The upper floors will have a spectacular view of the center of Warsaw, and the glass façade will create an acoustic screen for residential buildings located deep in the housing estate. The construction of the towers has already reached 21 floors and if everything goes according to the schedule, in October they will reach the target height, and commissioning will take place in the second half of 2021. Bliska Wola Tower will be the culmination of Bliska Wola housing estate, or rather a small town in the city, which will accommodate a community of 14,000 inhabitants.
