Bouygues Immobilier Polska, a French developer operating for 20 years in Poland, will build a 6-story building in Bemowo, which will stand out with an interesting shape. Designers broke the building's form with rhythmic, modular faults, and the entire length of the façade is surrounded by lines of balconies.
"Our project focuses on modernity and elegance, it is certainly not monotonous. It uses geometric forms in an ingenious way. At the same time, it provides the residents with the comfort and functionality of solutions at the highest level. The quality of architecture, in every aspect of this art, is crucial for us," Cezary Grabowski, director of marketing and sales of Bouygues Immobilier Polska, said.
NOVÉLIA Bemowo will be built in the Górce estate, in the central part of Bemowo, but in a cozy neighborhood. The location is well communicated, and will soon gain a very strong advantage in this respect in the form of the metro.
Bouygues Immobilier Polska has been operating since 2001. For 20 years, the company has completed 55 projects in Poland, i.e. a total of over 7,900 apartments and commercial premises. It builds flats and houses in Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdynia.
In the capital of Poland, it has already completed 46 investments, incl. in Wilanów, Bemowo, Ursynów, Praga, Wola, Ochota and Śródmieście. Currently, it is implementing five more projects located in various districts of the city.
