BSC Drukarnia Opakowań to gain new strategic investor
Partners of Colorpack, which controls 36 percent of shares in BSC Drukarnia Opakowań decided to sell all their shares in the entity to the strategic investor A&R Carton, the company said.
The share purchase agreement is subject to a number of conditions precedent, including antitrust approvals in various countries, including Poland. BSC Drukarnia Opakowań belongs to the international Rlc Printing Group through a strategic investor – Colorpack. In the opinion of the company's management board, the implementation of the transaction will not affect the current operational activity of BSC.
